摘    要:目的考察不同初加工及干燥方法对温莪术质量的影响。方法采用三因素三水平正交试验,考察不同初加工方法对提取莪术挥发油总量的影响;采用高效液相色谱法测定不同干燥方法处理后挥发油中吉马酮的含量。结果经L9(34)正交表试验,优选出最佳的初加工方法为:加4.5倍水,蒸煮2h后于烘箱中30℃烘干;烘干(30℃)比晒干提取所得挥发油的总量要多,但其吉马酮的含量不如阴干效果。结论干燥温度在对温莪术进行初加工过程中的影响比较大,采用30℃烘干或阴干方法所得的挥发油总量及吉马酮含量均明显优于晒干,是一种值得研究和推广的初加工处理方法。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the quality of curcuma wenyujin with different drying methods and pretreating.METtIODS Determine the contents of volatile oil by optimal experiment and the germacrone by HPLC. RESULTS According to the optimal experiment, the optimazed extraction process were established as: 4.5 times water, cooking 2 h and baking under 30℃;This method notabely surpasses the method of drying in the sun both in the contents of volatile oil and germacrone, but lower in the content of germacrone compared with the method of drying in the shade. CONCLUSION Drying temperature is an important factor in the process of pretreating; methods of drying in the shade and baking under 30℃ both surpasses in the contents of volatile oil and germacrone.
