摘    要:IL-12是一种多功能的细胞因子。主要介导细胞免疫,在诱导Th1型细胞的分化中发挥重要调节作用;促进IFN-γ的分泌使NK细胞、T细胞大量增殖并增强其细胞毒性。其免疫调节及抗血管生成作用而被认为是一种强有力的抗癌剂。因其显著的抗肿瘤及抑制转移活性在黑色素瘤治疗中发挥了强大的作用。

Abstract:Interleukin-12 (IL-12) is a multifunctional eytokine, the properties of which bridge innate and adaptive immunity, acting as a key regulator of cell-mediated immune responses through the induction of T helper 1 differentiation.By promoting IFN-γ production, proliferation, and cytolytic activity of natural killer and T cells, IL-12 induces cellular immunity. In addition, the immunomodulating and antiangiogenic functions of IL-12 have provided the rationale for exploiting this cytokine as an anticancer agent. With the significant antitumor and antimetastatie activity of IL-12, used as a single agent, or as a vaccine adjuvant, have shown more efficacy in melanoma.
