| 摘 要： | 临床和实验室研究认为黄酮类化合物抗炎和抗肿瘤作用间有重要联系。炎症细胞和介质参与了肿瘤诱发和增殖,黄酮类化合物对炎症反应的干预可能是其抗肿瘤的原因之一。本文就黄酮类化合物抗炎、抗肿瘤作用中涉及的共同机制进行综述。

| Abstract: | A group of flavonoids isolated from medical plants are reported to have anti-inflammatory and antitumor activities.Clinical and laboratory studies have sugguested a strong association between the two activities.Immune inflammatory cells and inflammatory mediators are found in tumor progression and the anti-inflammatory effect has been attributed in part to antitumor properties of flavonoids.This review summarizes the common mechanisms involved in the anti-inflammatory and antitumor activities of flavonoids. |
