手术治疗结肠癌合并肠梗阻50例的临床分析

目的探讨结肠癌合并肠梗阻的手术治疗效果和价值。方法回顾性分析本院外科手术治疗的50例结肠癌合并肠梗阻患者临床资料，对其临床效果进行分析。结果50例结肠癌合并肠梗阻患者手术治疗后，导致多脏器功能衰竭而死亡者2例，其余48例术后并发症有13例（27．1％）：切口裂开者1例，切口发生感染者4例，肺部感染者2例，尿道感染者2例，结肠造口瘘脱垂者4例，13例并发症患者经行相应的治疗处理后均康复出院。结论结肠癌肠梗阻的最有效治疗方法为手术，结合患者实际情况选择合理的手术方式，可有效提高结肠癌的治愈率，降低术后并发症及死亡率。

Clinical analysis of operation in the treatment of 50 cases with colonic cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction

Objective To explore the surgical treatment effect and value of colonic cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction. Methods The clinical data of 50 cases with colonic cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction treated by surgical operation in our hospital was analyzed retrospectively, and the clinical effect was analyzed. Results After the operation in 50 cases with colonic cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction, there were 2 cases of dead caused by multiple organ failure. And in the remaining 48 cases, there were 13 cases （27.1%） with postoperative complications： 1 case of incision disruption, 4 cases of incision infection, 2 cases of pulmonary infection, 2 cases of urinary tract infection, 4 cases of eolostomy fistula prolapsed. All 13 patients with complications were recovered and discharged after taking corresponding treatments. Conclusion The most effective treating method for colonic cancer complicated with intestinal obstruction is operation. Choosing a reasonable surgical procedure according to the actual conditions of patients can effectively improve the cure rate of colonic cancer, reduce the postoperative complications and mortality.
