超声乳化摘除加人工晶体植入术治疗高度近视并白内障患者的临床效果观察

目的：观察超声乳化摘除加人工晶体植入术治疗高度近视并白内障患者的临床效果。方法：对本院2007年5月～2011年6月收治的36例高度近视并白内障行超声乳化摘除加人工晶体植入术,观察疗效。结果：36例（56眼）高度近视并白内障术后1周裸眼和矫正视力全部恢复到0.1以上;术后1周,1、3个月裸眼和矫正视力〉0.5的眼数与术前比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。术中并发后囊破裂1眼（1.78%）,术后早期出现角膜水肿8眼（14.29%）,术后出现后囊混浊2眼（3.57%）。结论：白内障超声乳化摘除加人工晶体植入术治疗高度近视合并白内障效果显著、并发症少,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation of the therapeutic effect of ultrasonic phacoemulsification in combination with implantation of artificial lens for the treatment of ligh myopia complicated cataract

Objective: To observe the effect of ultrasonic phacoemulsification in combination with implantation of artificial lens for the treatment of high myopia complicated cataract. Methods:Thirty six cases of high myopia complicated cataract underwent phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation from May 2007 to June 2011 in our hospital. Observed the curative effects. Results:Thirty-six cases (56 eyes) of high myopia Complicated Cataract of the visual acuity and corrected visual acuity was to be recovered over more than o.1. Compared to preoperative, the eyes of visual acuity and corrected visual acuity >0.5 at 1 week, 1 and 3 months postoperation were more, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Surgery complicated by posterior capsule rupture in 1 cases (1.78%), early postoperative corneal edem in 8 cases (14.29%), postoperative posterior capsular opacity in 2 cases (3.57%). Conclusion:Phacoemulsification plus intraocular lens implantation for high myopia and cataract results is obvious, complications are less, and it is worthy of clinical application.
