| 摘 要： | 目的：对慢性硬膜下血肿手术麻醉方式进行分析,探讨麻醉方法的安全选择。方法：将127例患者分为局部麻醉组和静吸复合麻醉组进行对照研究,观察术中患者心率（HR）、平均动脉压（MAP）变化情况和术中肢体躁动情况。结果：静吸复合全麻组患者术中麻醉平稳,术中肢体躁动少。结论：慢性硬膜下血肿手术选择静吸复合麻醉是安全可靠的,值得推荐。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the safer and optimum anesthesia of chronic subdural hematoma.Mothods：All of 127 patients were divided into two groups：local anethesia and intravenous-inhalation anesthesia,record HR,MAP,and extremities movements of each patient.Results：Patients of intravenous-inhalation anesthesia were more homestasis vital signs and less extremities movements during operation.Conclusion：Intravenous-inhalation anesthesia is the safer and effective method for the operation of chronic subdural hematoma. |
