炎琥宁治疗小儿毛细支气管炎64例疗效观察

目的：进一步探讨了解炎琥宁治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床效果。方法：以本院在2009年10月～2010年10月收治的64例小儿毛细支气管炎患者作为本组的研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,将所有的患者随机分为两组,两组常规给予抗感染、吸氧、止咳等治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给予患儿静脉滴注炎琥宁,观察两组患儿的症状和体征变化。结果：治疗组中治愈的有30例,治愈率为93.75%,对照组中治愈的有22例,治愈率为68.75%。两组毛细支气管炎患儿症状消失时间和住院时间、疗效比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：临床中炎琥宁治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的疗效确切,可以取得满意的治疗效果,值得在临床中推广应用。

Clinical effects investigating of treating 64 cases pediatric capillary bronchitis with potassium sodium dehydroandroan drographolide succinate

Objectivee: To make a further investigation in the clinical effects of treating pediatric capillary bronchitis with potassium sodium dehydroandroan drographolide succinate. Methods: Took 64 patients who suffered from pediatric capillary bronchitis and treated in our hospital from October 2009 to October 2010 as the research object, made retrospective analysis about their clinical data, and then divided them into two groups randomly. Applied conventional anti-inflammatory, oxygen uptake and antitussive to the two groups, put intravenous drip potassium sodium dehydroandroan drographolide succinate to the two groups on the basis of general treatment. Observed the symptoms and physical sign changes of the two groups. Results: Thirty cured cases had been found in the treatment group with a cure rate of 93.75%, 22 cured cases had been found in the control group with a cure rate of 68.75%. Notable statistic difference had been found in the compared results of the disappearance time of symptoms, hospital stays and efficacies between the two groups’ children with pediatric capillary bronchitis (P<0.05). Conclusion: Precise clinical effects can be found by treating pediatric capillary bronchitis with potassium sodium dehydroandroan drographolide succinate, and approving efficacy can be achieved with this therapy. It has been proved to be worthy of applying and spreading in the future clinical treatment.
