利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果

目的分析利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的2型糖尿病患者100例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组与参考组,各50例,观察组采用利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗,参考组仅采用二甲双胍治疗,观察两组治疗前后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平,比较两组临床治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果两组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白水平均较治疗前降低（P〈0.05）,观察组降低较参考组明显（P〈0.05）。观察组总有效率为94%,参考组总有效率为72%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病能显著控制血糖水平,治疗效果显著,且安全性高。

Clinical effects of liraglutide combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To analyze clinical effects of liraglutide combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 100 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group and reference group according to random number table method,each group of 50 cases.Liraglutide combined with metformin were used in observation group,metformin was applied in reference group.Fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin level before and after treatment in two groups were observed.Clinical effects and adverse reactions in two groups were compared. Results After treatment,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin level in two groups was lower than that before treatment respectively（P〈0.05）,the observation group decreased obviously than the reference group（P〈0.05）.Total effective rate in observation group was 94%,total effective rate in reference group was 72%,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of adverse reaction in two groups was compared,with no statistical difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Liraglutide combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus can significantly control blood glucose level,treatment effect is remarkable,and it has high safety.
