摘    要:医学研究生的培养是高素质综合型医学人才培养的重点,近年来研究生出现自主性减弱问题,主要表现为获取学科前沿进展的主动性不强,科研课题依赖导师项目,科学研究过程独立性欠缺以及拖延行为。本文针对这些问题提出相应的解决策略,如强调研究生带教,开展研讨会,鼓励研究生创新课题设计,夯实理论基础与实验技术,设定计划解决拖延等。

Abstract:Medical post-graduate training is the key point of high-quality comprehensive medical personnel training. The problem of reduced autonomy has occurred among postgraduates recently,mainly including receiving frontier progress passively,relying on research projects of supervisors,lacking independence during scientific work and procras-tination.This article proposes countermeasures for these problems such as emphasizing practice of teaching,conducting seminars,encouraging independent innovation of scientific research,reinforcing the theoretical basis and experimental techniques and setting plans to solve procrastination.
