复方血栓通胶囊对稳定型心绞痛NTpro-BNP的影响

目的观察复方血栓通胶囊对冠心病稳定型心绞痛(气虚血瘀型)的临床疗效。方法将80例冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组40例,在常规西药治疗的基础上,治疗组给予复方血栓通胶囊口服,疗程为4周。观察治疗前后两组患者的心绞痛发作情况、中医症候以及血Hs-CRP、Hs-TNT和NTpro-BNP的变化。结果在心绞痛发作次数和持续时间的改善方面,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);在总体证候疗效比较上,治疗组与优于对照组(P<0.05);在NTpro-BNP等各项疗效性指标比较上,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方血栓通胶囊对冠心病稳定型心绞痛疗效确切。

The effect of Fufang Xueshuantong capsule on NTpro-BNP of patients with stable angina pectoris

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Fufang Xueshuantong capsule for stable angina pectoris.Methods Eighty cases of coronary heart disease patients with stable angina were randomly divided into treatment group of 40 cases and control group of 40 cases.On the basis of conventional western medicine,the treatment group was given Fufang Xueshuantong capsule oral treatment for 4 weeks.The angina pectoris and TCM symptoms and changes in the blood of Hs-CRP and Hs-of TNT and NTpro-BNP before and after treatment were observed.Results In the improvement of angina attack frequency and duration,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).In the general permit waiting efficacy,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).In the NTpro-BNP and the efficacy index,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of Fufang Xueshuantong Jiaonang on stable angina pectoris is precise.
