艾滋病抗病毒治疗不良反应的护理措施及效果分析

目的探讨艾滋病抗病毒治疗不良反应的护理措施，并分析其临床效果。方法选择68例患者，随机分为两组，各34例，其中观察组实施本研究护理方法，对照组则实施常规的护理方法，如心理护理等，并遵医嘱实施对症支持治疗，比较两组患者预计发生不良反应的心理接受情况并统计其服药依从性。结果观察组对所发生的不良反应坦然面对的比例高于对照组（P〈0．05），观察组规律服药的比例高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论有效的护理干预可以提高患者对可能发生不良反应的了解，做好充分的心理准备，减少患者治疗的不适感并提高了依从性。

Nursing method and effect of the anti-viral treatment of AIDS with ad- verse reactions

Objective To investigate the nursing method and effect of the anti-viral treatment of AIDS with adverse reactions. Methods Sixty-eight cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups, each group were 34 cases, the observation group were given nursing method of this study, the control group were given conventional nursing methods, such as psychological nursing and supportive therapy, then the occur adverse psychological acceptance conditions were compared between the two groups and the compliance of taking medicine was counted. Results In the observation group, the incidence of adverse reactions to frankly face ratio was higher than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）, the regular medication ratio of observation group was higher than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Effective nursing intervention can improve the understanding of possible occurrence adverse reactions and it can make full mental preparation, so it can reduce the discomfort and improve the compliance.
