静脉滴注患者1328例使用情况分析

目的 统计分析我院住院部患者静脉滴注的使用情况,以促进临床合理用药.方法 从医院计算机信息管理系统中抽取2010年1～6月住院500例患者中静脉滴注医嘱共1 328份.找出使用不合理的医嘱进行统计分析.结果 在1 328份医嘱中,共有不合理医嘱224份,占全部抽查医嘱的16.9％,临床不合理用药主要表现在:溶媒的选择、药物的配伍、药物的剂量及药物的滴速等方面.结论 我院住院部静脉滴注的使用仍存在一些问题,需要加强管理、规范使用,同时必须充分发挥临床药师的职责,在静脉滴注医嘱审查方面多做工作.

Analysis on use status of intravenous infusion in 1328 patients

Objective To analyze the use conditions of intravenous infusion for inpaitents in order to promote rational drug use in clinic.Methods 1 328 pieces of medical orders about intravenous infusion were extracted from 500 inpatients in our hospital from Jan.2008 to Jun.2010 by computer information management system.The unreasonable intravenous infusion dispensation of those records was analyzed statistically.Results 16.9%(224 pieces) of the 1328 pieces of medical order was unreasonable.The main clinical unreasonable medication included the choice of solvent,drug compatibility,drug dosage and the dropping speed of intravenous injections.Conclusion Some problems still exist in the intravenous infusions used in our hospital,which requires to strengthen the management and standardize the use of medicines,at the same time to fully play the responsibility of the clinical pharmacists and take more supervision in examining the medical orders of venous transfusion.
