摘    要:目的:探索PDCA循环法在临床药学质量控制(质控)体系建立与实施中的应用价值。方法:通过质量提高工具PDCA循环法,实施一系列干预措施,逐步建立与完善临床药学质量控制管理体系。比较2018年4月至2019年2月期间临床药学质控指标的达标情况变化,评价临床药学质控工作效果。结果:通过形成临床药学三级质控体系与采用垂直+水平管理模式,制定10+X临床药学工作记录表单、质控检查计划,建立分享与个人申诉机制等举措,临床药学质控指标的达标情况逐渐改善,总达标率自90.5%增长至97.5%(r=0.71,P=0.03)。结论:我院临床药学质控体系的建立与服务质量的提升效果显著,相关经验或可供同行参考。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore application value of Plan-Do-Check-Action (PDCA)cycle method in the establishment and implementation of quality control system in clinical pharmacy. METHODS A series of intervention measures were implemented by PDCA cycle method, and the quality control system of clinical pharmacy was gradually established and improved. The comparison on the situation of reaching the standard from April 2018 to February 2019 was conducted,and the improvement effect of quality control in clinical pharmacy was evaluated. RESULTS Through the formation of three-level quality control system of clinical pharmacy and the adoption of vertical + level management mode, the development of 10+X clinical pharmacy work record form, quality control inspection plan, the establishment of sharing and personal complaint mechanism and other measures, the quality control indicators of clinical pharmacy gradually improved, which led to an increase from 90.5% to 97.5% of the overall compliance rate(r=0.71, P=0.03). CONCLUSION There is a significant effect on the establishment of quality control system and improvement of clinical pharmacy service, and the experience could be provided for peer reference.
