摘    要:目的:采用超高效液相色谱串联四极杆轨道阱高分辨率质谱技术(UHPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap-MS)对四花青皮的成分进行定性分析。方法:分析采用ZORBAX Rclipse Plus C18色谱柱(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.8 μm),以0.1%甲酸水-乙腈为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为0.4 mL·min-1,柱温40℃。结果:在正离子模式下,从四花青皮中共鉴定了32个成分,包括18个黄酮类化合物,7个有机酸类化合物,2个生物碱类成分和5个其他成分,其中14个成分为四花青皮中首次报道。结论:本方法适用于四花青皮中成分的快速鉴定,可为四花青皮的质量控制和进一步应用开发提供参考依据。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To qualitatively analyze the compounds in Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride (CRPV) by UHPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap-MS.METHODS UHPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap-MS analysis was performed on a ZORBAX Rclipse Plus C18 (2.1 mm×50 mm, 1.8 μm) with a flow rate of 0.4 mL·min-1 under 40℃. And acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid was utilized as a mobile phase for gradient elution.RESULTS In a positive ion mode, a total of 32 constituents were identified from CRPV, including 18 flavonoids, 7 organic acids, 2 alkaloids and 5 other compounds. And 14 compounds were reported for the first time.CONCLUSION This method may be employed a rapid identification of components in CRPV. It provides references for quality control and further applications of CRPV.
