| 摘 要： | 本文根据四氯苯醌和氨基糖甙类抗生素在pH9.0硼酸盐缓冲液中形成电荷转移络合物的原理,试用紫外分光光度法进行含量测定,经与药典法比较,方法简便快速,结果可靠。

| Abstract: | Using chloranil(2, 3, 5, 6 -tefrachloro-p-benzoguinone) reacts with aminogly-soide antibiotics in borate at pH 9.0 to give charge transfer complexes principle,to determine the quantity by spectrophotometric assay. Being compared with. ph-armacopoeia, it is simple, faster and accurate method. |
