氧氟沙星壳聚糖口腔溃疡膜的研制

目的：研制氧氟沙星壳聚糖口腔溃疡药膜，为临床提供一种高效、低毒、方便的新制剂。方法：用壳聚糖、甘油、明胶为主要辅料，用流涎法制备氧氟沙星药膜，并对其含量、稳定性等质量进行了考察。结果：本药膜处方、工艺简单，质量控制易行，稳定性良好。结论：本药膜可望为临床治疗口腔溃疡提供一种较理想的新制剂。

Study on preparation of ofloxacin-chitosan oral ulcer film

OBJECTIVE To prepare ofloxacin-chitosan oral ulcer film in order to provide a new kind of formula with characters of high effect, low toxicity and convenient use. METHODS To prepare the film using chitosan as main excipients. Its drug concentration was determined by UV-spectrophotometry. The stability was studied,too. RESULTS The quality of the film was promising with simple formula and preparation process, easy quality controlling and perfect stability.CONCLUSIONS The film was valuable for further study and could become a new kind of preparation for oral ulcer.
