| 摘 要： | 目的优选穿心莲最佳提取工艺.方法用正交试验法,以提取液中脱水穿心莲内酯含量为考察指标,对影响内酯提取工艺的因素进行了研究.结果实验设计三因素中乙醇浓度、收集漉液倍数、浸渍时间均有显著影响.结论穿心莲最佳提取工艺为A1B2C2 ,即用95%的乙醇,浸渍24 h,收集9倍量的渗漉液.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To optimize the conditions for the extraction of Andrographis paniculata.METHODS Conditions for the extraction were studied by the orthogonal experimental design as guided by the content of 14-deoxy-11-oxoandrographolide present in the extract.RESULTS Significant effect was observed in 3 different experimental conditions.CONCLUSIONS The optimum conditions for the extraction of Andrographis paniculata was soaking the drug in 95% alcohol for 24 hours and then collecting the percolating liquid corresponding to about 9 times of the quantity of Androyraphis paniculata. |
