| 摘 要： | 目的研究桑科植物桑叶的化学成分。方法利用色谱法对桑叶95%乙醇提取物中的化学成分进行分离。根据理化性质和波谱数据对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从桑叶中分离得到8个化合物,分别是8-异戊烯基-7,2′-二羟基-4′-甲氧基黄烷(1)、brosi mine B(2)、7-羟基香豆素(3)、moracin C(4)、isobavachalcone(5)、邻苯二甲酸丁二酯(6)、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(7)、morachalcone B(8)。结论其中化合物(2)是首次从该植物中分离得到。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the chemical constituents of Morus alba L..Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by column chromatography,and their structures were elucidated by chemical and spectroscopic methods.Results Eight compounds were identified as 2′,7-dihydroxy-4′-methoxyl-8-prenylflavan（1）,brosimine B（2）,7-hydroxycoumarin（3）,moracin C（4）,isobavachalcone（5）,dibutyl phthalate（6）,3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid（7）,and morachalcone B（8）.Conclusion Compound brosimine B（2） has been isolated from this plant for the first time. |
