摘    要:唾液腺衍生肽作为一种新型的具有抗炎活性的试剂被报道并取得了相关的专利,这些衍生肽通过调节整合蛋白的活性及抑制细胞内活性氧的生成,从而发挥激活免疫细胞,特别是激活嗜中性粒细胞的活性,这些细胞的激活从根本上抑制了炎症的发生。研究表明,这些衍生肽还能够通过升高血压、减少白细胞的聚集、降低血管通透性和保护肺功能及胃肠功能来影响心血管的功能和抑制炎症反应。因此,唾液腺衍生肽在关节炎、哮喘、急性胰腺炎、败血症、呼吸系统的炎症及胃肠疾病等炎性疾病的治疗中表现出一定的潜力并具有较大的研究空间。本文就唾液腺衍生肽的基因家族、唾液腺的神经内分泌轴,活性及药理作用做如下综述。

Abstract:Salivary gland derived peptides as a new class of anti-infl ammatory agents were reported and applied for a patent. Gland derived peptides affect activated infl ammatory cells, especially neutrophils, by regulating integrins and inhibiting intracellular production of reactive oxygen species. Gland derived peptides attenuate the cardiovascular and infl ammatory effects of endotoxemia and anaphylaxis, by inhibiting of hypotension, leukocyte migration, vascular leak, and disruption of pulmonary function and intestinal motility. This paper reviewed the advances and application of gland derived peptides, such as gene family, neuroendocrine axis and bioactivity.
