细菌溶解产物治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染的疗效及对免疫功能影响的考察

目的研究细菌溶解产物对反复呼吸道感染儿童体液免疫的影响及临床疗效观察。方法收集2006年1月至2008年12月住院治疗的反复呼吸道感染儿童200名,随机分成2组,实验组加用细菌溶解产物治疗,对治疗前后3个月的体液免疫水平及6个月临床疗效进行统计学分析。结果与对照组相比,实验组患儿体液免疫中IgG、IgA水平明显高于治疗前,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,2组患儿治疗前后IgM水平比较无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,实验组治疗总有效率（96%）高于对照组的有效率（79%）（P〈0.01）。结论免疫功能低下是反复呼吸道感染患儿的重要病因之一,细菌溶解产物对患儿具有免疫调节作用,能够明显减少反复呼吸道感染次数,值得临床推广应用。

Effect of bacterial lysates on humoral immunity and clinical therapy in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection

Objective To determine the effect of bacterial lysates on the changes of humoral immunity and clinical therapy in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection（RRTI）.Methods A total of 200 patients with RRTI from Jan.2006 to Dec.2008 were included in the study.They were divided into 2 groups randomly.The experiment group were given 3.5 mg bacterial lysates for 10 consecutive days per month for 3 months.The control group did not have treatment with immunostimulation.Change of humeoal immunity in 3 months and clninical therapy in 6 months were observed.Results Serum IgG and IgA of the experimently group were significantly increased after the treatment compared with those of the control group（P0.05）.There was no significant difference in IgM in the two groups.The total effective rate of the experiment group and the contronl group was 96% and 79% respectively with significant difference between the two groups（P0.01）.Conclusion Bacterial lysates have good curative effect on RRTI.
