| 摘 要： | 目的对我院门诊药房2004年7月1日-2005年6月30日的776例退药换药的原因进行分析,提出解决办法。方法按申请退药的科室、退药的原因、所退药品的品种分别进行统计。结果患者用药后发生不良反应是最主要的退药原因,占退药比例的49.3%。结论提高医院合理用药的整体水平,综合患者的经济情况制定治疗方案,尽可能减少退药情况的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the reasons of drug-withdraw,and bing forward the solution.Methods The apartment that applies to withdraw medicine,the reasons and the kind of drug-withdraw were summed up respectively.Results ADR was the main reason of drug-withdraw(49.3 %).Conclusion We should advance the level of the rational use of drugs,establish medical plans in accordance with the economy of patients,and reduce the incidence of drug-withdraw as possible as we can. |
