两种药物对腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术止血效果的临床研究

目的比较两种药物对腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术的止血效果。方法将57例子宫肌瘤患者随机分成3组:A组于子宫肌层注射20IU催产素,B组于子宫肌层注射12IU垂体后叶素加10ml0.9%生理盐水,C组静脉滴注20IU催产素,其余手术方法相同。结果57例手术均在腹腔镜下完成,术中出血量:使用垂体后叶素的B组出血(32.49±15.38)ml,明显少于肌壁注射催产素的A组(71.25±36.12)ml(P<0.01),而肌壁注射催产素的A组出血又明显少于静脉滴注催产素的C组(121.94±45.38)ml(P<0.01)。结论垂体后叶素用于腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术可以减少术中出血,是一种安全、可靠的方法,值得推广。

Clinical research of stanch effect of laparoscopy myomectomy through two kinds of drugs

Objective To compare stanch effect of laparoscopy myomectomy through two kinds of drugs.Methods 57 patients suffered uterine myoma were divided into 3groups: group A were injected oxytocini 20 U in the uterus muscle, group B were injected pituitrin 12 U adding sodium chloride brine 10ml in the uterus muscle, group C dropping oxytocini 20U by vein. Other operation methods were the same. Results All the 57 cases were completed by laparoscopy myomectomy, the amount of bleeding in operation: that of group B was (32.49±15.38)ml, far smaller than that of group A (71.25±36.12)ml(P<0.01), and that of group A was far smaller than that of group C (121.94±45.38)ml(P< 0.01). Conclusion The method could decrease the amount of bleeding in operation, and it is safe and reliable and worth popularizing.
