复方黄柏液湿敷治疗可达龙外渗性静脉炎的临床研究

目的观察复方黄柏液湿敷治疗可达龙外渗导致静脉炎的临床效果。方法选取本科室2010年3月至2013年9月通过外周静脉输注可达龙药物致输液外渗,并出现不同程度静脉炎的患者共64例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组32例,采用复方黄柏液湿敷;对照组32例,采用25%硫酸镁湿敷。结果观察组的有效率为100%,对照组的有效率为78.1%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组、对照组的治疗时间分别为(3.13±0.696)d、(3.95±0.787)d,两组治疗时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组治疗时间短,且治疗效果明显优于对照组。结论复方黄柏液湿敷治疗可达龙外渗性静脉炎能有效缩短治疗时间,治疗效果显著。

Clinical research on the effect of liquid compound huangbai on the phlebitis caused by the extravasation of cordarone

Objective To investigate the effect of Liquid compound huangbai on the phlebitis caused by the extravasation of cordarone. Methods 64 patients admitted to our department from March 2010 to September 2013 with the phlebitis caused by extravasation of cordarone were randomly assigned to two groups, observation group （ n = 32 ） was treated with liquid compound huangbai, and control group （ n = 32 ） was treated with 25 % magnesium sulfate. Resuits The effective rate of observation group and control group were 100% and 78. 1% ,there was significant difference between the two groups（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The treatment time of observation group and control group were（ 3. 13 ± 0. 66）d and（3.95 ±0. 787）d,there was significant diference between the two groups（P 〈0.01）. Conclusion Liquid compound huanghai can shorten the treatment time and improve the therapeutic effect. It is superior to 25% magnesium sulfate in the treatment of the phlebitis caused by the extravasation of cordarone.
