类链霉菌属的一新种

在筛选免疫抑制剂的过程中，从我国江苏省无锡土壤中分离到一株菌，菌号为ＳＩＰＩ－２８９。该菌株气丝形成非轮生的孢子链，基内菌丝体不断裂。按形态、培养、生理生化等特征及细胞壁化学组分，磷酸类酯，醌的类型，该菌株属于张国伟的类链霉菌属［１］（Ｓｔｒｅｐｔｏｍｙｃｏｉｄｅｓ），细胞壁水解物中含有ｍｅｓｏ－ＤＡＰ，Ｇｌｙ，即胞壁Ⅱ型。全细胞水解物中只含半乳糖，磷酸类酯ＰＩＶ型，优势醌为ＭＫ９（Ｈ４）。但该菌株又和该属的青黄类链霉菌（Ｓｔｒｅｐｔｏｍｙｃｏｉｄｅｓｇｌａｕｃｏｆｌａｖｕｓ）有很大不同，认为是该属的一新种，定名为无锡类链霉菌（Ｓｔｒｅｐｔｏｍｙｃｏｉｄｅｓｗｕｘｉｅｎｓｉｓｓｐ．ｎｏｖ．）。

A novel species of Streptomycoides genus

During screening immunosuppressant, a strain SIPI 289 from a soil in Wuxi Jiangsu provice, China was isolated. Aerial mycelium of the strain formed no verticillate spore chain, and groved at the top, substrate mycelium not fragment. Whole cell hydrolysates contain D Glacose, cell wall composition contain meso DAP, Gly. Cell wall type II, the phospholipid pattern is of type PII; predominent menoquinose is MK 9(H 4), G Cmol% is 69.6. Based on the investigation of morphological, cultural, physiological, and biochemical characteristics as well as the cell wall chemical composition, strain SIPI 289 shows different from those of previously described the genus streptomycoides. For this reason it should be considered as belonging to a new species of the genus. Type strain was named Streptomycoides wuxiensis sp.nov.
