132株鲍氏不动杆菌耐药性监测与分析

目的分析鲍氏不动杆菌的耐药性,指导临床合理使用抗菌药。方法用MicroscanWalkaway40全自动细菌鉴定及药敏测试仪测定MIC值,χ2检验统计分析。结果鲍氏不动杆菌对头孢哌酮/舒巴坦和亚胺培南耐药率最低,分别是0和6.82%,妥布霉素、氨苄西林/舒巴坦、哌拉西林/三唑巴坦次之,分别为17.42%、23.48%、44.70%,对其它氨基糖苷类和环丙沙星耐药率均超过76%,对其他青霉素类和头孢菌素耐药率超过81%。结论鲍氏不动杆菌具有多重耐药性和高耐药率,抗菌药物选择有赖于药敏结果。

Resistance survey and analysis of 132 strains fo Acinetobacter boumannii

Objective To investigate resistance of Acinetobacter boumannii for cl inical usage of antibiotics.Methodes Drug sensitivity was evaluated by Microscan-walkaway 40.Chi-square test was used for statistic analysis.Results Acinetoba cter boumannii was the most susceptible to imipenem and cefoperazone/sulbactam,t he resistance rates were 6.8%and 0 followed by tobramycin,amipicillin/sulbactam and piperacillin/tazobactam,the resistance rate were 17.4%,23.5%and 44.7%,re spectively.The resistance rate to SMZco was 65.9%.But much more resistant to other aminoglycosides,ciprofloxacin,penicillins and cephalosporins,the resi stance rate varied from 76.5%to 78%. Antibiotics with a-lactamase inhibitors were highly susceptive to it.Conclus ion Acinetobacter boumannii produced multiple drug resistant to antibiotics and had highly resistance rate.Selection of antibiotics based on drug sensitive test s to control infection is highly emphasized.
