抗病毒药物耐药及耐药机制研究进展

摘    要:目前临床应用的抗病毒药物达40多种,为病毒引起的疾病的治疗发挥了重大作用。与临床其他抗感染药物一样,抗病毒药物长期应用易产生耐药性.降低疗效,成为临床治疗及新药开发的重要问题。本文就抗艾滋病毒药物、抗乙型肝炎病毒药物、抗流感病毒药物及抗疱疹病毒药物耐药性及耐药机制研究进行综述。

Abstract:There are more than 40 anti-virus drugs in the clinical use, which have played very important role in the treatment of viral diseases. I.ike other kind of anti-infection drugs, anti-virus drugs can also induce resistance in long-time use that results the reducing of therapeutic efficacy and becoming a very tough problem in the clinical treatment and the development of new drugs. This paper briefly reviewed the recent advances in resistance and resistance mechanisms of anti-HIV drugs, anti HBV drugs, anti-influenza drugs and anti-HSV drugs.
