| 摘 要： | 目的：测定甲硝唑对孢噻肟钠蛋白结合率的影响。方法：采用超滤法结合高效液相色谱法测出游离药物浓度，比较未加和加入甲从后头孢噻肟钠的蛋白结合率。结果：头孢噻肟钠的超滤回收率为９９．１％，未加及加入甲硝唑后头孢噻肟钠的蛋白结合率分别为３２．２％和３０．８％。结论：甲硝唑对头孢噻肟钠的蛋白结合率基本无影响。

| Abstract: | Objective:The effect of metronidazole on the protein-binding rate of cefotaxime to human serum albumin(HSA) was determined.Method:Ultrafiltration and HPLC were employed to measure the conc. of free drug.The difference in protein-binding between cefotaxime alone and together with metronidazole was examined.Results:The ultrafiltration recovery of cefotaxime was 99 1%.The protein-binding of cefotaxime to HSA was 32 2% and 30 8% when incubated without and with metronidazole respectively.Conclusion:The protein binding of cefotaxime to HSA was not disturbed by metronidazole. |
