| 摘 要： | 目的： 建立同时测定杜仲中京尼平苷、京尼平苷酸及绿原酸的反相高效液相色谱法。方法： 采用ＹＷＧ－Ｃ１８ 色谱柱（２５０ ｍ ｍ ×４－６ ｍ ｍ ，１０ μｍ） ， 以甲醇－ 水－ 冰乙酸（１９∶８１∶１－５） 为流动相， 检测波长２４０ ｎｍ 。结果： 京尼平苷酸、绿原酸及京尼平苷的加样回收率分别为９０－８％ ～１１２－７ ％ ， １０２－８ ％ ～１０７－８％ ， ９１－６％ ～９３－１％ ； 精密度（ ＲＳＤ） 分别为２－３ ％ ， １－７ ％ ，１－２ ％ ， ｎ ＝ ５。结论： 不同产地杜仲皮及叶中京尼平苷酸、绿原酸及京尼平苷的含量相差很大。
