阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗精神分裂症的系统评价

目的:评价阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗精神分裂症的疗效及发生不良反应的差异。方法:检索国内关于阿立哌唑与利培酮对照研究治疗精神分裂症的文献,应用系统评价方法对查阅到的14篇文献进行评估。结果:阿立哌唑与利培酮的疗效比较无显著性差异(χ2=0.02,P>0.05,OR=1.04,95%CI(0.80～1.35))。利培酮组发生肌张力增高、静坐不能、震颤、体重增加、月经紊乱、溢乳等不良反应比阿立哌唑组多,有显著性差异(χ2=14.96～65.37,P<0.05～0.001)。结论:阿立哌唑与利培酮的疗效相当,但阿立哌唑不良反应的发生率较低。

Systematic Review of Aripiprazole versus Risperidone in the Treatment of Schizophrenia

OBJECTIVE： To study the difference in therapeutic effects and side effects between aripiprazole and risperidone. METHODS： A total of 14 papers about control study comparing aripiprazole with risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia retrieved from home were subjected to system evaluation. RESULTS： There was no significant difference on clinical efficacy between aripiprazole group and risperidone group （X^2 = 0.02, P 〉 0.05, OR = 1.04, 95 % CI （0.80-1.35） ） . The incidences of adverse reactions such as muscle tension gain, akathisia, tremor, weight gain, menstrual change and galaetorrhea in risperidone group were significantly higher than in aripiprazole group （ X^ 2 = 14.96- 65.37, P 〈 0. 05-0. 001） . CONCLUSION： Aripiprazole is as effective as but less toxic than risperidone for the treatment of schizophrenia.
