| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法 :将126例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机均分为复方甘草酸苷组 (治疗组 )和门冬氨酸钾镁组 (对照组 ) ,给予相应治疗后分别观察3wk、3mo和6mo时患者的临床症状、肝功能及电解质变化情况。结果 :治疗3wk时治疗组的临床症状、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、γ -谷氨酰转移酶、总胆红素恢复明显优于对照组 (P<0. 01) ,治疗3mo、6mo时治疗组的复发率明显低于对照组 (P<0. 01) ;治疗3wk时两组均未见明显低钾及水钠潴留的发生。结论 :复方甘草酸苷对治疗慢性乙型肝炎有较好疗效。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To observe the therapeutic effect of the SNMC on HBV.METHODS:126 patients were randomly divided into SNMC group(treatment group) and potassium magmesium aspartate group(control group),the clinic symptoms,liver functions and electrolytes changes of each group were observed respectively after the corresponding treatments for 3 weeks,3 months and 6 months.RESULTS:The clinic symptom,the recovery of AST,ALT,γ-GTP,SB of the SNMC group were obviously better than the control group(P<0.01),the recurrent rate in 3 months,6 months for the SNMC group was apparently lower than the control group(P<0.01);neither remarkable hypopotassaemia nor water-sodium retention were found after treatment for 3 weeks.CONCLUSION:SNMC has obvious clinical effects on chronic HBV. |
