药物咨询服务的实践与体会

摘    要:目的:探讨提高药物咨询服务质量的方法。方法:对我院门诊药物咨询工作记录进行回顾性总结与分析。结果:我院中老年患者咨询人数较多,心脑血管系统药物咨询次数最多,咨询内容广泛。结论:开展药物咨询服务是提高药学服务技术含量的有效途径,加强临床药师培训、配备计算机药品查询系统有利于提高药物咨询服务质量。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To explore the way to improve the quality of pharmaceutical counseling service.METHODS:The protocols of pharmaceutical counseling service of our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.RESULTS:Middle-aged and senile patients took the highest proportion among the consultants;cardiovascular drugs were most frequently consulted and the consultative questions covered a wide range.CONCLUSION:Pharmaceutical counseling service is an effective way carried out to enhance the technological content of pharmaceutical care.The quality of pharmaceutical counseling service can be improved by strengthening clinical pharmacists' training and equipping computerized pharmaceutical inquiry system.
