云南、辽宁省基层医疗卫生机构用药情况的调查分析

目的:了解云南、辽宁省基层医疗卫生机构药品使用情况,探讨基层用药存在的安全性问题,提出相应的政策建议,为干预措施的制定提供依据,以期更好地促进合理用药。方法:采取回顾性方法,对云南、辽宁两省的10个城市社区卫生服务中心和10所乡镇卫生院进行用药调查。随机抽取每个基层卫生机构2007年的处方,共计22356份。将有关数据进行平行双录入,采用SPSS11.5统计软件进行分析,统计方法包括校正t检验、χ2检验、秩和检验等。结果:22356份处方中,大部分处方书写不够规范,仅缺少诊断这一项就超过半数;医疗机构诊治的疾病排前10位的共占所有诊断的92.5%;使用药品品种数为292～1800种,平均594.25种,平均每张处方用药数为3.1种,5种及以上占21.1%,单张处方最多使用的为云南省18种,辽宁省14种;抗生素联用处方比例高达24.9%,最多使用8种;基本药物使用率为75.2%;药品通用名使用率为76.9%。结论:云南、辽宁基层医疗机构存在诸多不合理用药情况,各级政府部门需加以重视和监督管理,有必要采取相应措施加以提高和完善。
