原子吸收分光光度法测定注射用头孢他啶中助溶剂碳酸钠的含量

摘    要:目的:建立测定注射用头孢他啶中助溶剂碳酸钠含量的方法。方法:采用原子吸收分光光度法。光源:钠空心阴极灯,原子化器:空气-乙炔火焰原子化器,分析线:330.3nm。结果:钠元素检测浓度线性范围为56.75~425.60μg·mL-(1r=0.9994);平均回收率为101.4%(RSD=3.2%),检出限为3.2μg·mL-1。结论:该方法灵敏度高、结果准确,可用于注射用头孢他啶中碳酸钠的含量测定。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To develop a method for the content determination of sodium carbonate in Ceftazidime for injection. METHODS: Atomic absorption spectrophotometery was adopted. Sodium hollow cathode lamp was used as light source, air-ethyne flame atomizer was used as atomizer, and analytical line was at 330.3 nm. RESULTS: The linear range of sodium was 56.75~425.60 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 4) with an average recovery of 101.4% (RSD=3.2%). The limit of detection was 3.2 μg·mL-1. CONCLUSION: The method is sensitive, accurate and suitable for the content determination of sodium carbonate in Ceftazidime for injection.
