| 摘 要： | 目的:优选天年胶囊的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验,以黄芪甲苷含量、总多糖含量、干膏收率为指标,考察加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数等因素对天年胶囊有效成分提取的影响。结果:优选出的天年胶囊的合理提取工艺为每次加6倍量水、煎煮1h、煎煮3次。结论:优选出的提取工艺科学、经济,可用于指导生产,具有可操作性。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To optimize the extraction technique of tiannian capsules. METHODS:The extraction technique was selected by orthogonal method,with the contents of radix astragali and polycose,as well as the recovery of dry ointment as indicators,the influential factors for the extraction of effective ingredients that included the amount of adding water,length of decocting time and frequencies of decocting were studied.RESULTS:The optimal extraction technique is that medicinal herb is decocted in water 6 times as much as the herb for 3 times with 1 h per time.CONCLUSION:The optimized extraction technique is scientific,economic and practicable,which can be a guideline for manufacturing. |
