| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨临床药师参与临床的切入点与开展药学监护的方法。方法:结合1例使用厄洛替尼患者的病例,临床药师从厄洛替尼的药理作用、药物相互作用、不良反应以及应采取的防范措施进行药学监护。结果:临床药师协助医师,确保患者顺利治疗,取得了明显的效果,提高了药物治疗水平。结论:临床药师通过参与临床实践,可协助医师提高药物治疗的安全性和有效性。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To explore breakthrough point of clinical pharmacists participating in clinical practice and the meth- ods of developing pharmaceutical care. METHODS： According to medical records of a patient receiving erlotinib, clinical pharma- cists provided pharmaceutical care from pharmacological functions of erlotinib, drug interaction, adverse drug reactions and preven- tive measures. RESULTS： Clinical pharmacists assisted doctors to ensure smooth treatment for patients, obtain obvious effect and improve the level of drug treatment. CONCLUSION： Clinical pharmacists participate in clinical practice and assist physicians to im- prove the safety and efficacy of drug treatment. |
