| 摘 要： | 目的:评价南京地区肠内营养(EN)制剂和肠外营养(PN)制剂的消费情况,了解临床营养支持治疗手段的发展趋势。方法:对南京地区24家医院2003～2006年EN制剂和PN制剂的销售金额进行回顾性分析。结果:PN制剂的应用比例虽连续4年下降,但仍占营养制剂总销售金额的80%以上;EN制剂应用大幅增长,2006年占营养制剂总销售金额的22%。结论:PN制剂的应用远大于EN制剂,但EN制剂的应用呈快速增长态势,符合营养治疗中优先应用EN的要求。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the consumption of enteral nutrition(EN) and parenteral nutrition(PN) in Nanjing and the future trend of the clinical nutritional supportive treatment.METHODS:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the consumption sum of En and PN during 2003～ 2006 in 24 hospitals in Nanjing area.RESULTS:The constituent ratio of the PN consumption decreased year-on-year over the four years,yet it still occupied more than 80% of the total consumption of nutritional preparations;however,the consumption of EN increased rapidly,accounting for 22% of the total consumption sum of nutritional preparations in 2006.CONCLUSION:The application of PN is more widely than that of EN while the application of En shows an increasing trend,which is consistent with the requirement of taking EN as the prior choice in nutritional therapy. |
