我院病房药房制度建设与管理模式思考

目的:通过总结病房药房质量管理与改进,提炼管理经验,探讨如何提高药学服务水平。方法:针对病房药房的制度、药品、人员、药学服务的管理进行详细阐述。结果:通过对人员与药品各方面管理方法的总结与改进,提高了工作效率,保障了药品质量及合理用药。结论:严格的管理制度与系统的工作流程及提高药师的职业素质是保障患者安全合理用药的关键。

Discussion on the System Construction and Management Model of Ward Pharmacy

Objective：To explore the way to improve pharmaceutical service through summarizing the quality management,the improvement made in the ward pharmacy and the management experience.Methods：To discuss in detail the items of management including the system of ward pharmacy,the medicine and personnel management,pharmaceutical services and so on.Results：The work efficiency was improved and the quality of medicines and rational drug use were ensured.Conclusion：For ensuring the rational drug use in patients it is critical to establish strict management system and working procedures,and to improve the professional quality of pharmacists.
