| 摘 要： | 目的：优化加味定喘片乙醇提取工艺。方法：采用正交试验设计法，以盐酸麻黄碱、黄芩苷含量和出膏率为评价指标，优选加味定喘片乙醇提取工艺。结果：加味定喘片乙醇提取工艺优选为加60%乙醇回流提取2次，每次2 h ，第1次加10倍量，第2次加8倍量。结论：优选的提取工艺科学合理，可为工业化生产提供依据。

| Abstract: | Objective： To op timize the ethanol extraction process for jiaweidingchuan tablets . Methods： Based on the orthogonal experiment design and using the contents of ephedrine hydrochloride and baicalin and the rate of extrac-tum as indexes to op timize the ethanol extraction process for jiaweidingchuan tablets . Results： The op timum condition for the ethanol extraction of jiaweidingchuan tablets was the reflux extraction twice with addition of 60% ethanol , 2 hours each time （ 10 and 8 times in volume respectively ） . Conclusion： The op timized extraction process is scientific and reasonable , which can provide a basis for commercial productions . |
