2011年我院门诊抗高血压药使用分析

目的:对我院2011年门诊口服抗高血压药物的应用情况进行分析,为临床合理用药提供参考依据.方法:按世界卫生组织推荐的限定剂量进行计算,采用频率排序法进行分析.结果:在6类抗高血压药物中,血管紧张素Ⅱ受体阻断药及钙通道阻滞药分别居于销售前2位;在调查的42种药物中,琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片(倍他乐克)、硝苯地平缓释片(拜新同)、缬沙坦胶囊(代文)、非洛地平缓释片(波依定)使用频率较高;在联合用药中,β受体阻断药、钙通道阻滞药及血管紧张素Ⅱ受体阻断药两两联用及三者联用较为常见.结论:我院口服抗高血压药物的使用符合用药原则,单种用药基本合理,联合应用抗高血压策略需斟酌、改善.

Analysis of the Application of Antihypertensive Agents in Outpatients of Hospital in 2011

Objective：To analyze the application of oral antihypertensive agents in outpatients of our hospital in 2011 and provide reference for rational drug use in clinic. Methods：The data was calculated according to the Defined Daily Dose （DDD） recommended by WHO and analyzed by ordering in frequency. Results：Of the six kinds of antihypertensive agents, the sales amount of angiotension Ⅱ receptor blocker and calcium channel blocker ranked the first and second. In 42 kinds of investigated drugs, metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets （Betaloc）, nifedipine controlled-release tablets（Adalat）, valsartan capsules（Diovan） and felodipine sustaind-release tablets （Plendil）were used in high DDDs. The combination use of β-receptor antagonists, calcium channel blocker and Angiotension Ⅱ receptor blocker in two-drugs or three-drugs were relatively common. Conclusion：The use of oral antihypertensive agents in our hospital complied with the principle of medication. The single drug application was reasonable basically, however the strategy of combined use of antihypertensive agents need to be discussed further.
