白芍原药材与不同炮制加工品的薄层对比研究

摘    要:目的:初步考察白芍原药材与不同炮制加工品中化学成分的差异性,比较发酵法与其他方法的异同,为进一步采用高效液相色谱分析做辅助研究.方法:采用薄层色谱法分别分析白芍原药材和不同加工炮制品(白芍饮片、麸炒白芍、酒白芍、发酵白芍)中芍药苷、氨基酸、苯甲酸.结果:在芍药苷的薄层色谱中,芍药苷麸炒白芍相对较少,发酵白芍相对较多;在氨基酸的薄层色谱中,显示存在大量氨基酸;在苯甲酸的薄层色谱中,发酵白芍苯甲酸含量较高.结论:发酵法对白芍成分的保留较大.

Comparative study on Paeoniae Radix Alba different processed products by Thin Layer Chromatography(TLC)

Abstract:Objective:The study was aimed to investigate the difference of the chemical composition of different processed products of Paeoniae Radix Alba,compare the similarities and differences of other methods and fermentation,in order to lay the base for the high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) research.Method:TLC method was applied to analyze the content of paeoniflorin,amino acid and benzoic acid in Paeoniae Radix Alba medicinal material,Paeoniae Radix Alba decocting pieces,stir-frying Paeoniae Radix Alba with bran,stir-baked Paeoniae Radix Alba with wine,Paeoniae Radix Alba fermented.Result:The content of paeoniflorin in stir-frying Paeoniae Radix Alba with bran was lower than other processed products,and the content of paeoniflorin in Paeoniae Radix Alba fermented was higher.Five processed products all contained a lot of amino acid,and the content of benzoic acid in Paeoniae Radix Alba fermented was higher than other processed products.Conclusion:Fermentation can greatly reserve the ingredients of the root of Paeoniae Radix Alba.
