| 摘 要： | 基于产业组织理论的相关研究假说,构建我国医疗器械行业市场结构与市场绩效关系的实证模型。通过2007~2012年我国16家医疗器械上市公司的样本数据进行实证分析,结果验证了哈佛学派＂传统共谋假说＂的观点,即我国医疗器械行业的市场结构决定了市场绩效。基于此,为我国医疗器械行业的发展提供客观、可行的参考意见与建议。

| Abstract: | An empirical model was established to study the relationship between market structure and market performance in Chinese medical devices industry based on the hypothesis of industrial organization theories and the sample data of 16 medical devices listed companies from 2007 to 2012. The empirical results proved the view of SCP hypothesis, namely the market structure determines the performance in the medical devices industry. Based on the results, objective and feasible reference and suggestions were proposed in the end of the paper for the development of Chinese medical devices industry. |
