灰色体系中H-point法的应用研究

摘    要:目的:研究广义H-point法在灰色体系中的应用,考察其分析结果的可靠性。方法:扫描槐米和芦丁的紫外吸收光谱,优化纯组分区间,利用标准加入系列光谱数据,测定主要成分芦丁的含量,并与药典方法比较。结果:该法回收率为100.6%,RSD=3.11%(n=7),芦丁的含量为16.17%,RSD:3.37%(n=5);药典方法测得量为17.24%,RSD=4.95%(n=5),两者无显著性差异。结论:此法适合于灰色体系的分析,为快速分析中药提供了一条重要思路,具有一定的实际应用价值。

Abstract:AIM: The purpose is to study the precision and accuracy of H- point methods applied to gray systems analysis. METHODS: Study the UV spectra of Flos Sophorae to select the wavelength ranges without disturbing of interference and to determin the content of rvt.in to compared with pharmacopeia methods. RESULTS: The recovery by means of this method is 100. 6%. RSD=3. 1.1 % (n=7) ; The content of rutin of the sample is 16. 17%, RSD=3. 37% (n = 5); The content of sample obtained by pharmacopeia method is 17.24%, RSD=4. 95%(n=5),There is no significant difference between the two methods. CONCLUSION: This method can be used to deal with gray systems quickly like traditional and herbal drugs.
