| 摘 要： | 目的观察CO2激光治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法女性尖锐湿疣29例，肛周湿疣3例，均作局部浸润麻醉。男性尖锐湿疣31例作阴茎根部阻滞麻醉。以输出功率5—15W的CO2激光治疗使病灶凝固、碳化、气化。结果24例女性、29例男性治愈，治愈率为84％。结论CO2激光是治疗尖锐湿疣的基本方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe efficacy of treatment comdyloma acuminatum with CO2 laser. Methods A local infiltration anesthesia was engaged in 29 cases of females with genital pointel condyloma and 3cases of males with anus pointed condyloma,and a compression anesthesia was conducted on the penis root of 31 cases of males with genital pointed condyloma,CO2 laser with 5 ～ 15 W output power was focused on skin lesion until it was singed then to carbon or gas. Results 24 cases of females recover,29cases of males recover,the cure rate was 84%. Conclusion CO2 laser is one basic cure for condyloma acuminatum sufferers. |
