粉防己碱,硝苯地平和卡托普利对肾性高血压大鼠氧自由基与前列腺素代谢的影响

摘    要:大鼠经手术造成肾性高血压模型,连续给粉防己碱(Tet),硝苯地平(Nif)和卡托普利(Cap)20d,结果显示,各给药组大鼠高血压均被满意控制,心肌组织电子自旋共振图谱上S/O比值和心,肾,血清丙二醛水平明显降低,心肾组织6-酮-前列腺素F_(1α)水平升高。结果提示,Tet,Nif和CaP有清除氧自由基,抗过氧化及促进前列腺素I_2合成的作用。

Abstract:Sprague-Dawley rats were operated on to form renal hypertension.After having been treated respectively with tetrandrine(50 mg·kg-1·d-1,po),nifedipine(10 mg·kg-1·d-1,po)and captopril(50 mg·kg-1·d-1,po)for 20 d,the blood pressure of the renal hypertensive rats was satisfactorily controlled,the O/S ratio in electron spin resonance spectra and the level of malondialdehyde in the serum and myocardium were also significantly decreased,and the level of 6-keto-prostaglandin F1α in the heart andkidney was enhanced.The results show that the anti-hypertensive action of these drugs may be related to their antiperoxidation and free radical scavengation,and the stimulation of the synthesis of prostaglandin I2.
