摘    要:分析制药工程专业大四学生状态,提出该年级实施课堂教学过程中存在的难题和解决问题的对策,旨在阐明在日趋严峻的就业形势下,大四的课堂教学内容和方法,应该与这一年级学生所面临的实际情况相适应,做到课堂教学保质保量和促进学生就业或升学二者兼顾,切实可行地实现人才培养目标。

Abstract:By analyzing the condition of 4th- year undergraduates in pharmaceutical engineering profession, the problems and countermeasures in classroom teaching were introduced. Teaching content and method should be suitable to the severe employment condition gradually, which can guarantee classroom teaching quaility and take account of employment or entering higher school at the same time. By these ways the aims of talents cultivation can come true.
