| 摘 要： | 对新疆医科大学药学院毕业生的基本情况进行了统计、分析，并通过对毕业生的追踪调查，了解毕业生现状厦他们对学校教育的反馈意见。希望通过对结果的分析，为加强教学改革、培养适应社会发展的高素质药学人才提供可参考依据。

| Abstract: | A follow-up survey and data analysis was conducted on the basic information of the graduates from the Pharmacy College of Xinjiang Medical University to understand their current work performances and to have their suggestions to the teaching quality of the school. The object of this paper is to provide valuable information for further educational reform and cultivate pharmaceutical talents that can adapt themselves to the rapid social development. |
