临床药师在规范肺癌化疗患者不良反应自我管理中的作用

目的探讨临床药师在规范肺癌化疗患者院外不良反应自我管理中的作用,为临床药师参与肺癌化疗患者的长期管理提供参考。方法由经统一培训的药师对100例肺癌化疗患者及家属进行2次问卷调查和1次标准化不良反应规范监测和正确处理的宣教,并对宣教前后的调查结果进行分析。结果经临床药师干预后,针对化疗不良反应而随访血常规和肝肾功能的病例数增加至92例,且随访规范率增加,与药师干预前数据之间差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。在血液系统、肝肾功能不良反应规范处理方面,临床药师干预前后差异无统计学意义。药师干预后,因不良反应影响肺癌治疗的病例数从20例降至5例,患者及其家属对临床药师提供药学服务的知晓度增加了8.5倍,接受度增加了1.44倍。结论临床药师主导的患者用药教育能显著提高肺癌患者不良反应自我管理意识和规范性。

Impact of clinical pharmacy service on standardizing adverse reaction self-management of lung cancer patients taking chemotherapy

AIM To explore the impact of clinical pharmacy service on standardizing the adverse reaction self-management of lung cancer patients taking chemotherapy and provide reference for further clinical practice.METHODS Two questionnaire surveys and one normative patient education on adverse drug reaction(ADR)follow-up and treatment were conducted to lung cancer patients and their families by trained pharmacists at 2 and 3 cycle treatment hospital admission.The results were statistically analyzed.RESULTS After normative patient education,the number of ADR follow-up and standard follow-up ratio were significantly increased(P<0.05),ne-vertheless the improvement of standard process of hematological adverse reactions and hepatorenal injury was no statistical significant.The number of cases influenced by the ADR was decreased from 20 to 5 after pharmacist intervention.The cognition and the acceptability of clinical pharmacists and clinical pharmacy service increased 8.5 times and 1.44 times,respectively.CONCLUSION Pharmacist dominated patient education could improve the consciousness and standard processing of adverse drug reactions caused by chemotherapy in lung cancer patients.
