我院106例药品不良反应的临床分析

目的了解我院药品不良反应（ADR）的发生情况，为临床合理用药提供科学依据。方法对我院2005—2008年收集的106例ADR报告分别从患者年龄、性别、原患疾病、涉及药品种类、给药途径、报告来源以及临床具体表现等方面进行统计、分析。结果106例ADR中，男54例，女52例，共有43个品种引起不良反应，涉及药品范围较广。从药物剂型分类统计以注射剂品种居多（29种，占67．44％），其次为口服（11种，占25．58％）；从药物分类统计以抗感染药物的报告例次居首位（65例，占61．32％），其次为中药的报告例次（23例，占23．70％）。不良反应的临床表现以皮肤及附件损害最为常见，其次为消化系统损害。结论应加强ADR的监测和规范合理用药，以减少ADR的发生。

The clinical analysis on 106 reports of adverse drug reactions in our hospital

Objective To strengthen management for the rational use of drugs by analyzing on conditions of adverse drug reactions(ADR)in our hospital. Methods Information concered patients' age, the sex, originally contracts disease, related drug sorts ,routes of administration, report origin and clinical manifestation 106 reports of ADR were statis-tically analyzed and evaluated, which occurred in our hospital during the year from 2005 to 2008. Results 106 cases of ADR ,containing 54 cases of male and 52 cases of female. A total of 43 species induce adverse reactions, involving a broader range of drugs, from drug formulations in order to keep separate statistics on most varieties injection (29 cases,accounting for 64.44 %), followed by oral administration (11kinds, accounting for 25.58%),from drugs to keep separate statistics on anti - report cases of infection on top of the list (65 cases, accounting for 61.32 %), followed by reports of cases of Chinese traditional medicine (23 cases, accounting for 23.70%), clinical manifestations of ADR were mainly manifested as skin and local lesion, followed by the digestive system damage. Conclusion ADR monitoring should be strengthened and norms rational drug use in order to reduce and avoid the occurrence of ADR.
