| 摘 要： | 本文主要阐述壳聚糖胶态体系的特征,并对不同壳聚糖胶态系统的药剂学行为及其在治疗学发展中的研究与应用前景进行探讨.壳聚糖具有生物粘附性且能结合和传递大分子药物等显著的特点,是一种具有广阔应用前景的药物载体.国外近年来已将其应用于药剂学领域,以及将其作为药物载体经微球化与药物结合形成给药系统的研究也在逐步开展;但国内对壳聚糖在相关方面的研究则起步较晚.

| Abstract: | To study applications of chitosan to drug carriers for microparticulated systems and expatiate on the character of chitosan. Chitosan has amplitudely applied foreground. Out of our country,Chitosan has been applied on Pharmacy and the study of chitosan to drug carriers for microparticulated systems is developing fleetly. But the demestic study of chitosan is later than the other countries. |
