全胸腔镜下与开胸肺叶切除术治疗早期肺癌的疗效对比

目的 全胸腔镜下(c-VATS)与开胸(OT)肺叶切除术治疗早期肺癌的疗效.方法 选取心胸外科2014年1月至2016年12月治疗的91例肺癌患者,按治疗方法不同分为c-VATS切除组48例、OT切除组43例;比较两组治疗后的临床疗效.结果 c-VATS切除组的术后一般情况,包括拔管时间、输血量等指标均显著优于OT切除组;术后c-VATS切除组的一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)优于OT切除组,OT切除组的并发症发生率为30.23％,c-VATS切除组为12.50％.结论 在c-VATS下行肺叶切除手术治疗肺癌的效果优于OT切除术.

Thoracoscopic lobectomy versus thoracotomy and lobectomy for early lung cancer

Objective To evaluate the efficaces of total thoracoscopic (c-VATS) versus thoracotomy (OT)and lobectomy in the treatment of early lung cancer.Methods 91 patients treated at our department from January,2014 to December,2016 were divided into a c-VATS resection group (n=48) and an OT resection group (n=43)according to different treatment methods.The clinical efficacies were compared between these two groups after treatment.Results The postoperative general condition,including extubation time and blood transfusion volume,were significantly better in the c-VATS resection group than in the OT resection group.The FEV1 and FVC were better in the c-VATS resection group than in the OT resection group.The complication rate was 30.23％ in the OT resection group and was 12.50％ in the c-VATS resection group.Conclusion c-VATS lobeetomy for lung cancer is more effective than OT resection.
